My team has been trainig for an entire season and none of the players has increased their avg....its just constant, and now my question how long does it take to realise the effect of training on a players avg.

4 balls...my training works on weekly basis...one week i train keepers on saves, parries, penalty saves...the other week defense, then midfield..then striking...each training lasts a week and goes in a cycle.

After a first look at your squad, i don't think your midfield will improve because they are quiet old (players don't train (a lot) after they turned 25-26 age).
Maybe you should try to vary more with your programs on a daily basis (monday=saves, tuesday=organize defenders,...).

It could be that most part of your players already reached their max avg, but that seems unlikely.
