Admins i need ur help,something is wrong with my account,the first time i try logging in it redirects to a page asking me to change my password yet i input the correct password,i go back and re-enter the password the second time thats wen it works....can u pliz correct that?its tidious havin to double-input ur password! Yeah...still experiencing tha same problem...i dont wanna change my password...it keeps asking to change my password yet i use the right password,i have to do it twice to login. | 05/06/2011 11:29 |

Thats very weird. You might be victim of some phishing attack. Please try it from any other computer to check if you have the same isue. Edited by @internat 06-06-2011 10:55 |

Make sure your anti-virus is up to date and download an anti-phishing or malware product (like malware bytes) to screen any attacks. | 07/06/2011 11:26 |

I was just thinking Nas, it may also be a cookie problem on your password, you can also try deleting that login cookie for SM and then login again to get a fresh one. Just guessing, maybe the IT pro's out there can help |
