MVP of the game

For quite few time i have observed this thing in my friendlies. My defense players and midfield players positions gets interchanged as game starts. This is leading to defenders playing high play the half line and if failing to tackle leads to counter attack and goal as players midfielders are not able to tackle like defenders at the back and cannot protect backline. this is the link of the last friendly match of mine.
