 There are still managers in this games promising (telling lies) to train your player and then they don't train him at all or only once a week.
This can be avoided introducing some new rules.

When a manager doesn't train your player or he trains not satisfying the promises, must be possible to call your OWN player back.

for example with warnings:

1- first warning = yellow card after 72h, if the manager improves the training, the yellow card can be removed.

2- second warning = red card after 72h if the manager improves the training, the red card can be changed in yellow, but can't be removed.

3- third warning = black card after 72h and player back to the original team.

The black card(s) must be showed nigh the name of the manager, to warn other managers

Yellow cards get automatically cancelled at the end of each season.

Red card get automatically cancelled after two seasons.

Black card stay as a "stamp" nigh the manager's name (even if he changes his name).

After 3 black cards the manger will be removed from the game. 		05/10/2019 23:36

 I will go with your suggestion. But manager should not be removed from the game. He needs to stay so people can avoid giving him loans in the future. Imagine a changed person that really wants to do according to his words but won't get any player because of his past behaviors. Just imagine his face anytime he message someone for loan.
