We have Bonecrusher (champos) live @ our studios let's hear what he has to say on winning div1 title. Darra: Before we go into the proper section can you tell us what we need to know about the team. Answer : This team is under a New management since mid season of season 37. Taking Over of champos (Bonecrusher) is just like Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan when he acquired Mancity in 2008🙂🙂. I'm julius (juhulius) by name am from ogun state Nigeria. Darra: thanks for letting us know . Julius here is the first Nigeria manager to make div1 with his prev acct💪🏾(FYI) Darra: you are officially welcome to Striker manager virtual studio Before we start what's your favorite music and your favorite drink ? So we can play it as we both discuss 🙂 Julius: Just give me baron and play me R Kelly sign of victory. (Baron is served and soft music plays). Darra: You are the div1 champion of season 38 and you also made it to striker cup final what does this means to you ? Julius: Yeah, I was expecting a lot because I have been handling the team since mid last season(37). I did well by going head to head with the great eamwilson even though we finished second in the league .. I knew my boys can do well the following season. So we gave it our best. Now See where we are today🙂. Darra: You knew "your boys will do well the following season"(38) Don't you think there were some managers that would do better than you ? Julius: Yeah..... We have a lot of great managers in div1 which I respect alot..... But when you believe in something you go for it. I knew it will be challenging but this is a competition you just have to believe in yourself and your team . Darra : Yes very true. You did well winning the league three match fixtures to go 🙌🏼 .. I remembered the start of the season when you where brutalizing people with huge score lines (5.2, 5.3 6.2) How did you feel about that 🙂? Julius: 🙂 You just have to enjoy the winning moment you know . Darra: Yes I know but while winning with those score line did it cross your mind that you will be the one winning the league ? Because you were top of div1 for the first few games Julius: League game is very long , you have 38games to prove yourself, So winning the first five games is nothing to any manager even to you... You just have to keep your head straight don't be distracted with the winning moment....Each game is a step to achieving your aim so you have to approach it with new energy every time. Darra: Thank you And how often were you watching your games?? Julius: 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 good manager must be on the field each game to cheer and encourage his boys..😉 Darra: Your squad is one of the strongest squad or even the strongest squad in div1 Going into every game do you always feel that you will win that game . Julius: Waoooooow!!! Did you just say the strongest squad.. 😀 Well success in the world of strikermanager have to do with many parameters having a strong squad is part of it, good formation and tactics cannot be over emphasized too..... Have seen "weaker squads" defeating me.... So having a strong squad is not a guarantee that you will win.. Darra: So you are telling me that you are not sure of a win before you play any team. Julius: That the truth.. Except if am playing a sold out team😁. Darra: OK Out of all the games you played this season ...which team was the toughest. Julius: You can figure that out your self😀😀😀😀 I call him almighty rosabel..He defeated me three times. And also marwan the second toughest manager. Darra: OK. So let's talk about your doom this season which is rosabel 🤪 I asked previously if you watch your games , and you gave a positive reply . What was rosabel doing right that you weren't doing? Darra: He won you first, second and the final of striker cup. (Pauses the sound of victory music playing in the back ground ) Darra: That's crazy That's class from rosabel Julius: Yeah you can say that again. Darra: Your supporters weren't happy. Julius: Like I said rosabel is a manager I respect so much...... He is good I must confess. Last season I defeated him twice also. So... thats the game for you (table turns). in our league meeting I was unlucky too , we could have shared the point Darra: Let's talk a little bit about the strikercup final When you found out that you where gonna play rosabel (someone that defeated you home and away) how did you feel ? Julius: I knew its gonna be a tough match and I know I will need luck also. Darra: didn't you touch your formation inother not to repeat same mistake? Julius: Just some few touches... But it seems ineffective Or let me say Mr rosabel was smarter😀.... (so play me my music back and I need another bottle of baron) (Serves Julius the 8th bottle) Darra: And how did you feel losing the final of the striker cup. it could have been mind blowing winning 3 cups league, private league , strikercup. Julius: Like i use to tell my boys enjoy the winning moment learn from your defeat. don't let it pull you down same as realife. A friend of mine will say "MOVE ON" Darra: alright we are too serious with this interview Let's go off SM what activities do you love doing ? Juhu SM: I like watching football, playing game, watching films and chatting and meeting new friends Darra: Do you play football? Julius: yes I do. Darra: I want to ask you a very big question And all I need is nothing but truth If I bring a football here now how many will you juggle in the space of 5min ?🙂 Julius : a thousand (1k) (So we gave Julius a laliga ball in the studio and asked him to juggle with it 🙂) (He was only able to juggle 30x) Darra: What wing do you play? Juhu SM: Left wing 😀. Darra: Alright back to the matter There were plenty times you lost the first position to adex , We even created a pole http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=521680 What do you think those times when you lost your place? Julius: Those times I lost the first position is the real test of my brilliance...... I knew if I must win the league we can't make mistakes... So I let those periods motivate me instead of distracting me like I said leagues game is not won until the 38th game. You need to learn fast.... Once you are defeated you need to get up and keep fighting its not finished until the last game. Darra: OK There's always a challenge about fair play especially in top leagues . Majorly div1 league What would you say about the fairness of the league this season ? Julius: I think it has been fair enough Darra: What's the expectation for next season ? Julius : Great question We shall be competing in all competition and try to win it all God helping us. (sips Baron) Darra: We have close to 10 thousand viewers watching us What advice would you give managers coming to div1 Julius: Firstly I will have to congratulate them My advice is for those manager with financial crisis, this the best time to sell out make cool cash and rebuild. For those who are stable financially why not compete and learn.... above all just enjoy the game. Darra: Tell us something Random in your head Julius: One single formation cannot win 38games for you therefore watch your opponents and do the needful 😀😀😀😀. Julius: It's my pleasure to be here. |
