 Why is it that only the first two players in my junior squad substitute are getting 80% motivation while the remaining five get 50% motivation?
I confirmed that it is not happening in other teams. Please i need a solution 		02/02/2023 16:12

 Yes, it happens, it's a bug

And what I posted earlier is how to fix it.

Put juniors in right and natural position, placing juniors in unnatural positions will reduce motivation drastically.

What most top managers do is to create a formation that will allow and accomodate much of the position they are training. Like 5 defenders, 6 midfielders, 5 forwards.
