2 reasons : either too old or his average going down based on his progression despite he's still young Effect : decreasing stats and average points |

The best way is to buy younger player with higher or the same average as the old one There is no way you can stop them from decreasing their average , i had take a look at your team , most of them are 29 - 35 . First when i play this game , half of my team are very old so i sold them all during the end of the last season and bought the new one with age range from 19 - 24 . |

Look at the training table , the one with the longest green line tell you that this position will effect the most EX : Organize midfield effect 100 % of the players , this does not mean the players will increase 100 % , depends on the Coach and the players 's progression .
