| Username 221 msgs. Substitute | I don't know if it has already been discussed on the forum, but I was wondering: In what way does promoting a junior too soon, affect players? We already know, a drop in morale takes place. But does it also imply changes in (for instance) progression or training rate? | 25/04/2011 18:48 |

| Username 227 msgs. Substitute | some people think, not it´s a good idea. But some players are good to make this. Perhaps his forecast not are the same as if stay in juniors But definitely lose only 5-10% its ok if u dont like spending money. but does not make much sense since you will have very young players but low class, at least for a while ..... | Username 221 msgs. Substitute | Before the P-sign appears at a player his page. Usually a junior is ready when : age = 19, or age = 18 and average > 40, or age = 17 and average > 50, or age = 16 and average > 60, or age = 15 and average > 70. | 16/05/2011 10:10 |
