First-team player
 I've just signed a coach paying 337,900 in wages. How best can I use him? Do you think he is far too good for my team. Can I sell him? My revenues for the week isn't that high. Do you think it was a mistake to go for such a good coach at my current position? Help! It will cost me dearly to fire him now. Someone take him away from me. 12/05/2011 18:31

 You have 2 choice :
1 ) The better the Coach , the faster the player's development
2 ) if the salary is too high and you can't afford for him right now , find a lower coach ( maybe 70 % ) . You also have to pay 337,900 X 2 for his 2 week salary 		12/05/2011 18:40

 no , the player improvement depends on his forecast through out his career , the Coach is for training and help the player reach his peak faster
