 well, it's hard to tell the exact progression if it's not a player came out of school . But you can use this method :
for example : it's easier to tell the progression of a midfield than any other position because the training organize midfield will train them 100 %
When an IM has improved about 0.500 , you will take this number divide for ( motivation of players , Coach percentage , training percent ) / 100
