Okay but seriously we need requirements and a theme, I suggest we look at the reserves strengths, some are on the high side, others the low side. So we can either have it 45-50 or 49-54 or some other such thing. There seems to be a general consensus on Vikings as the theme though the name Striking Vikings is right out, before anyone suggests it; I have seen it in at least 3 teams already. |

the requirements are: you need to be the best of the game. Your team needs to be struggling to keep up with your IQ and disdainful of everyone else's. Your opponents need to quake in fear the first time they encounter you, and be vaporized in the next encounter, should they survive the first. What are the signs? "Am I one of the chosen few?" If you have to ask, then you aren't good enough. No, strike that, you aren't enough of a cold-blooded killer. Good is irrelevant. The league that will challenge Intl 55 does not limit the upper range, does not define the depths of evil that its managers must acquire before they will be worthy. You must simply know that your team will never be as brilliant as you are, and that your team will eclipse the peons of Intl 55 and any other league without qualms, without visible effort, and without remorse. Losers need not apply. |

A lot more is needed for a good and active private league than just a bunch of strong teams - you really might want to get some writer(s) for weekly press, at least one league member with pack manager to publish those, people who are forum-active for some smack talk, otherwise it's all pointless - people will improve their teams, but those traits mentioned above are not likely to get improved, if those people don't already have them when they join  |
