your starting price is at least 40 million too high, you will probably get penalized if someone were to bid on him at that price. Prices average around 30-40 million for a 65 CF these days. 18/10/2011 22:25

i know thats why i am saying it is negotiable. 30-40mill i am ready buyer for 65/21 cf. even 45m also i am willing to pay.

why a penalty though if i sale him for higher price? is the sale price limited to the avg price ?

From personal experience, even on auction if the transaction is above market value, the seller is penalized for the difference between a fair price and the actual price. If it is significant, there can be a percentage penalty on top of that. Let me be clear: I am not the kind of @ admin who does financial penalties, I only moderate the forums, so this is strictly advice from one user to another.

The best way to set price is to look at similar transactions (under the "Contract" menu). 30-45 million is in fact the range paid for a 65/21 cf, so your instincts are quite good .

if a 64/23 can be sold for 58, the market price shown for my cf is not correct. i think the problem is there are none available what ever the price

i am trying to buy a 65 CF for even 45m for last 15 days but found none. now i have decided to hostile 72+ cfs available hostile for 120m+

That's because they're uncommonly sold and hard to find.
