i start this topic for teams who got player who dont play,is better to loan them to others who need,i saw a lot of players who do not play from big teams,,,me if i have so much players i loan them,why they have to stay,let them play | 06/11/2011 22:23 |

Totally agree. I have requested to so many big teams to lend me at least one player. They have many players who are not using, for example some teams have 3 or 4 player of same position. I only loan players to those managers I feel can train them adequately, or I have developed a certain level of trust with and I think can put points on players they get. I also sell players that don't fit my strategic plan. I also don't lend to players who beg openly for players. Loaning a player is a big commitment. Why would I loan a player that I can put 20+ points on in a season to someone who can't put 10 on? It just ties up resources. SO...point being. 1) demonstrate you can put points on players through rigorous training 2) develop relationships with players who have ability to loan the players you are looking for. 3) Don't beg. |

I totally agree with @Rebsiot. I have a 99% coach. Even when I don't pay players they still train better than a lot managers who will play them every game and that's ultimately what you want out of a loan. While you might think that those players are just being wasted the truth is they're being built up to sell later, or to use in a 2nd team. Plus, and this is also true, when people ask you to loan them players because they 'need help' or whatever it's embarrassing. Find me one good manager out there who got where they are with their team because they loaned players from others to 'help them out'. You won't find one and I guarantee they all have the same attitude. Use your GBs, find and hostile good players with a high progression and get good coaches. No amount of loaning players from others will ever help you out as much as this. |

I think, it is a right of manager to use all the resources given in the game. After all, we pay the developers to buy the GBs and Packs. and Believe me, I am trying my best to achieve the top, but I know there is a long way to go.
