Ok soo.. Requirements: 90+ youth coach, must be in div 5, div 6 for next season. Must be training Junior OMs, Junior IMs alot. My oms are 80+ fc, and IM with 79fc. In return i train forwards only. I have 93% youth coach. I will be training beating marketers x2 shots on goal x2 crossing the ball x2 (main training) and i will add dribbling and penalty shots also a few times. I will like to see a picture of ur youth coach, and i would like to see a schedual made. Also i will be loaning my Senior IM with fc 78.. to managers with 90+ coachs. |
