Its always like you bid for a player in the auction with some price and a max price.. While your price is at the top, the acquisitions page shows the name of the player you have bid for.. And when another user outbids you with a price > your max price.. The player's name is no more in the acquisitions page, it disappears.. But you always receive messages saying "User has outbid your price(whatever)".. Now this is a case with me not general.. Sometimes i bid for 3-4 players and people outbid me within hours.. As usual i get all the messages.. But sometimes when i delete some of them, by mistake, i also tend to delete all messages for a player.. Now if i have no link available for this player, i won't be able to quickly go and bid for him.. But there are 2 options that come to rescue - 1st - I can check my history and find the link to the players profile.. This actually means ill have to open every Striker Manager link in my history to find him out coz history shows only "Striker Manager. The Football Manager game". 2nd - Go to the market, if you find him very quickly then no problem just in case you haven't forgotten his name(like people don't really try and remember all the names) or he can be easily spotted with filters. If you know something about that player then you can just filter the search out and get him.. These options fail when there is absolutely no time.. So why not keep it just 2-3 clicks away.. So even if someone outbids me, the acquisitions page must show the player's name so i can quickly access the page and place my bid.. Easy.. |

I agree. Number of times that I just can't find the player again after inadvertantly deleting all the messages. To add to this suggestion, I often don't want to bid until close to the last moment. An option to email me at a certain time, telling me that such and such an auction is ending in ten minutes would be wonderful, maybe make it cost a couple of GB's. |

Godson said: Just add the player to your shortlist. I already got 6 players in it whom i am monitoring.. And even unlocking them up requires golden balls.. Not saying its not one of the ways but sometimes i even go for 6-7 players one day.. If it would keep on growing i won't waste my golden balls unlocking 3-3 slots there everytime.. |
