So Im training GK 6 days a week and Im left with an extra day every week. I want a training which is good for forwards. I currently train crossing the ball at that day. Should i keep it or change to something else?? 10/01/2012 01:29

Next time go with sprint or shots on goal if you want to try any other.

But Crossing the ball is a wonderful training, maybe just stick with it.
