How about changing the basic formations? just a lil' bit, just so defenders don't hug the goal line and strikers don't flirt with GK in opponents box all game long? Would make lots of newbies happy  many don't know about the advanced tactics, so basic tactics would become at least slightly viable (still, advanced would kill them easily) |

i agree. the way players move/act in basic formations makes it so easy to beat them and many new players just don't know how to setup advanced tactics or may not have the time/energy to do it. i find myself adjusting my advanced formations all the time and have already filled all 10 advanced formation slots lol. also, i think many younger players may struggle with setting advanced tactics so improvements (especially to the defensive line) would help many at least remain somewhat competitive. |
