Ok the race of PL has already began in general market, every one are deciding which one to join next season, i guess it's time we must decide who is going to stay n who are not and also we need to find new members, if you have any frnds who are good let us know. I have asked Crack in this regard i got no reply till now, i hope he does not mind if i share some of his work load of managing this PL  I am going to stay here, who else |

Good idea Vij. there's alot of recruiting going on! we need to bring in mouthy, active members with strong teams. No more Phil_and's please If freak still wants to join, that leaves at leave 3 more spaces to fill if granite is definitely leaving.I also think we should have a poll (are you committed - yes/no/maybe) - that way we can quickly check how many places we need to fill. One final thing, everyone needs to sign up to the 'brand'. Our pl forum is really strong, that is a huge bonus to a team coming from a non-active pl. We should hammer that aspect home - tactic support, transfers etc. |

i am afraid we need to do more for our members, plan training plan players need for each other help each other more and more importantly get to show some power in the cup |

yup. we all need to step up + set our sights as high as possible & also bring in other ambitious managers. i can't find any high prog youth without teams anymore. we need more 5* excellent schools so we can train each others high prog players (i'm at fault here too - i only have one school, but plan to open a top spec argentia school by the end of the season). this is how you make that last step up to top pl/div2 level. someone needs to volunteer to train gk I think i will need 2 seasons in div3 to prepare for div2, but i have no doubt i will be in div2 for 2013. that's the long term plan. i'll start by kicking supes' ass  |

oh cool - there's decent money in it too. let me know if you need a hand searching. i'll carry on with strikers. next season we should have a nice clear list r.e. loans & specialised training separate to the market thread. |

Oh and yes here is something you didnt know. Remeber that we have the IP problem and we had to play without prize? Well the 2 that shared IP were Perfect and Expositoto so we made a deal that the one whoe finishes lower on the board will leave the PL so we dont have the IP problem anymore.
