There are 2 different sets of positions, English and Spanish, here's the translation between the two PO - GK DFI - LDF DFD - RDF DFC - CDF MDF - DFM MCI - LIM MCD - RIM MO - OM MI - LM MD - RM EI - LW ED - RW DLI - LF DLD - RF DLC - CF LD - LB LI - RB Don't ask me why they're different, it doesn't make sense to me either. The important thing is that with people advertising two different languages the positions aren't carried through Google Translate. Now you can use this table to tell the difference. I'd enjoy it if someone can sticky this, but it isn't necessary. Edited by hewhoamareismyself 23-03-2012 23:04 |

Yes, but all the Spanish speakers still have spanish positions. If you look further down there's someone with a post about an ED. I had to look up that that was actually RW. I have this here so it's a lot quicker and we don't have to search to simply deal with these people. The managers who speak Spanish see things as POs, not GKs. This way we can still know what they're talking about. |

Edited by hewhoamareismyself 23-03-2012 23:04 I think that the spanish words for positions and directions are spelled very differently (i.e. different starting letters), leading to different shorthands. |

Yes, of course. My question is why not just keep them universal, it'd make it a lot easier for all of us to trade equally. |
