What is the level of your senior coach & youth (junior) coach? What do you train on your senior and junior team? How many times a week will you train my LB/RM? How often will my LB/RM play? How much do you expect my LB/RM to grow? Answer these questions, and I will consider you as a candidate. I also train forwards on my senior and junior team. I have 99% coach both for my senior and junior squad. I am willing to do a swap.
