If I keep him, I ll pay 13x240.000= 3.120.000 Instead of what, I ll hire the cheaper one I ll find, like 5.000/week.. so.. something like at least 2.000.000 money saved.. (maybe I lose a bit on billboards, but difference between p.ex. 16.000/home game and 18.000/home game is like irrelevant.. true , but u can spend more that 2 mil to find a good one at the end of the season ... so it`s the same thing ..not so hard.. when we approach end of the season, I ll regularly check if there are good financer available... found my 83% on 1st shot.. not as hard to find as a 90% coach.. if it's a 79% or a 86% it doesn t seem to make a big difference.. Pretty sure I won t need to play staff roulette to find a decent financer.. |

Wishmasta said: a good financial also helps get better billboard offers i believe. yes, but as I said above, the difference of income for billboard is not so significant.. I prefer to "lose" 2-3.000 per billboard (no even sure it is that "big" difference) than lose 2.000.000+ if I keep him.. moreover, I got new sponsor offers today, and took 155.000/win and ~4M at the end of the season, so I fired him today and instead of paying 3x his salary, only paid it twice.. So costed me 2x240.000= 480.000 instead of 13x240.000= 3.120.000 for the whole season => 2.660.000 saved |
