I am looking for a manager with a 90% + Junior Coach that trains defenders 5-7 days a week, and that can make sure my player plays .

I train forwards (RF, CF, LF) on both my JUNIOR and SENIOR TEAM. I have 99% Senior and Junior Coaches. Players will get trained 7 days a week. I try to fill up my schedule with friendlies when I get booted from the cup. So your player will get lots of experience.
