Do you think donating players than firing would help lower division managers?

I have 45 schools and many juniors coming up every day. When I pull low PR juniors, I fire players AVG lower than 36 If you are in D7 - D6 and would like to improve your team, send me a message. Instead of firing, I will let you buy those players for free. It takes long time to build up a good team, so just a little contribution to lower division players to get more managers involved in the game. If other managers do the same, we would have much more managers, more transfers and more fun in the game |
