Well done Demola, good start! Now create a theme, motto and everyone needs to tie into the idea - loyalty and comradery needs to be built up. Everyone needs to add to your forum to keep it lively and fun. Create an offsite "private" forum where you exchange tips and ideas. Help each other and create healthy competition against other similar average leagues, possibly with "friendlies"  between the 2 leagues.Above all, enjoy yourselves.
