Missing player should be replaced by a similar of that type as priority. Like if CF is missing It should automatically replace a CF from bench not with a LM of higher average.. That doesn't help the training also.. Misplaced players are having 20% training motivation for that day  I screwed myself in Striker Cup yesterday due to this issue- Had a temporary promoted IM included in first squad, who unfortunately went back to Junior squad Next was a massacre - LW played as IM and the rest formation- LW - IM CF - LW RIM - CF OM - RIM DFM - OM IM - DFM http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=9787746&accion=alineaciones +RIM got red card during match..
