uhm... I really dont think there is a right way to find a 90+ coach lol.. It is all about luck. No skill. Luck. I got lucky finding a 93 youth coach very early on |

wow. that's nuts. 99 coaches definitely pay for themselves i didn't even know about staff roulette when i hired my 89s. pure luck + checking every 5 minutes when i was logged in. |

I never said anything about finding another person to play roulette with you ...you just need to let others do a lot of the work for you. It takes a bit more tine but I got all of my good staff for less than 5 million combined. |
