this is absolutely true. you only play rounders in primary school (up to 11 years). then when you go to high school you get to learn cricket. in fact, with all the stats and gaps in play I would have thought the US would absolutely love it. |

Cricket is oddly probably the only worldwide large sport that hasn't even caught on in a sort of niche mainstream way here. I think the match length is the primary reason people can't get into it, we have short attention spans here. I really have only ever known of foreigners playing, I don't know if I've ever met an American that played. |

same here to be honest. i never really understood the game until i finally managed to get into it during the ashes in the early 2000s. the year after all the test footage went to sky (pay per view) and i haven't watched a match since. the 20/20 stuff doesn't interest me at all. |

well its easy to stream  + ch 5 do 1 hr high lights 7pm for home tests onlywe should destroy the aussies this summer in theashes - its always nice to white wash them way to go on the thread high jacking btw lol |

thanks. it's going rather well i thought  more fun than discussing my matches at the moment anyway. will look at streaming the ashes when it comes round. is reverse swing still the hotness? |
