Off late, there has been a decline in the number of active managers on chat. Also, new managers joining in don't use the chat to get guidance. I suggest we move to a different chat interface where in the general chat is a part of the main screen. That way, new managers will have direct access to the chat and their hesitance to ask on chat will reduce. | 27/05/2013 07:26 |
