Instead of dribble, I would do 2x Crossing the ball as it trains Pass too 04/06/2013 03:48

yeah but CFs don't train much on crossing.
RF LF will benefit more.

Don't neglect attributes because they train slowly...technique and passing are very important for CFs, even though they train slowly.

I would recommend the schedule below, but must say that you want to start buying 80%+ progression players to make it worthwhile.

2x Attacking Headers
2x Crossing the Ball
2x Beating Markers
1x Sprint

Exactly as heid said. You could also make it an 8 day schedule and have another sprint.

Technique is most important thing to train, anything which trains technique will also train another useful attribute

Shots and dribble should only be used to balance out CF if other stats are higher. To often you see CF with 90 shot and dribble but everything else is below 60.

Well that's just my view anyway

this makes alot of sense. but i would only go for 1 x sprint every 2 weeks. hammer the training that increases technique instead.
