 What regulates the quality of staff that it is possible to hire? and is there away to improve them?

you can improve them by paying 100GB which increases their % by 2 and you can pay with SM money which increases the % by 1. i do not recommend training the at 1% as it costs a ridiculous amount of money.

I think a thread from a few months ago outlines w/a bit more detail the specific in-game cost. As an example, to increase my 98% jr coach to 99% was somewhere around 56? or so million. The higher the coach's rating, the more in-game money it costs. 		06/06/2013 05:44
