International	This might be a little too late to implement - or even too difficult - but could a system whereby a manager lists what position they train (farm) be introduced? I know that it somewhat exists in the Loans section, as someone makes a proposition/intention known, and people connect, but maybe there could be a more structured way. For ie, I could type into a database that I train jun GK and sen R/LDF, and a trainer could approach me if they needed a player trained in those departments. It just brings another option to people, and gets even more of the community involved. Just some ramblings on Sunday.	23/06/2013 08:14
