 Try putting 8.8.8.8 as the DNS in the tcp/ip settings for your operating system. If you need an explanation for that, google 'changing dns for <operating system>' 31/07/2013 15:16

 If he was able to set his training before then he shouldn't have a problem now unless an update occurred causing the problem.

 It is most likely an issue with his local domain name server (DNS). It's not the first time a problem like this has occurred. Try the mobile device as it should work, but will only solve the problem in the short term. 01/08/2013 04:09
