I was thinking about this sometime ago...

I may have a 93 progression RM, and an 88 progression player in the same position.

The player in the starting line-up gets about 107% motivation, and the other gets 89% or so being on the bench.

Will I be silly if I put the lower progression player in the starting line-up?

In my opinion, yes you'd be silly to do that. And the bench player would get closer to 80% not 90%. 22/08/2013 17:24

The way I do it is I play my two highest mids at each position in my junior lineup, then the rest all go on the bench and then the reserves. Sure the guys on the bench won't ever grow to 80+ average in my juniors, but they're also not the stars of my youth team. 22/08/2013 17:45
