I know of chat and do use it.
I know of chat but too busy to use it.
I know of chat but unable to use it (e.g. mobile user).

 I opened our general chat today and it was completely deserted which made me think I was on the other server Sometimes, it takes a while for a new manager to discover the chat.

The chat is located at the bottom right corner of the screen.



Chat has to be enabled for a manager to be able to chat as shown below.





A manager can transit from one state to another by clicking on the small circle at the bottom left corner as shown above.
