I have a good defense strategy, but my attack is working out well. Any suggestions? | 01/09/2013 02:32 |

It is hard to built up your attacking around wingers solely. Especially since the rest of your team is, at the very best, average (to be in div 6) which means no one can support them, and the gap across the whole field between the RW and the LW is too long for them to succesfully cooperate. What you need is first and foremost a good OM. Besides that, since you have two good LW and two good RW, what you can do to boost your team is to replaced one of them with the other at min 60. Your opponents wing defenders will be exhausted and your wingers can fly past them. Just my two cents. |

Yeah, makes sense. I think I'll work on buying a good OM. Thanks! ![]() |

Many teams play 3 up front - LW CF RW or LF CF RF or LF OM RF or something like that. Seems to work. I prefer LF OM RF, with the focus being on the LF and RF. Seems to work ok, but my goal conversion rate game/game is something atrocious like 10%, so take it w/a grain of salt. That being said, if you can get your wings to cross, it may work well. Or wings can score rather well also. I mentioned it in another thread, but if you can force turnovers in the opponents box, scoring %s seem to increase. |
