if i retire a player to hire him at a later date in staff, will he have the same overall rating as his player stats or will it differ? |

as far as i am aware he will have a couple more points than the position he will replace, so if you had a scout at 85% and he took the job as scout it would be above 85% regardless of what his av was when he retired This is just how i interpreted the message from devs, if anyone else knows for sure please do comment  |

The player can improve on the staff by any amount from 1 to 10 points. There is no indication as to what determines the actual amount of increase. If anything about the player will be considered, I would think it is the amount of HoF points the player had at retirement. | 06/09/2013 23:40 |

What of if a player does not start a career in your junior team but play for your senior team for more than 3 seasons with many mvp can you retire that player and employ him latter? | 07/09/2013 22:30 |

It doesn't matter where the player started his career so long as he has 10 points or more and has played in your team at least 4 consecutive seasons prior to retirement. |
