since I'm training to youth only one role, the players in youth training they occupy positions that are not their own and therefore the motivation is lowered and reaches 21%, but I have seen others do the same thing my manager, however, the motivation of young players remains high, for example to 80%, how can I do to increase the motivation of young people even if they do not play in their position, I must buy players or those roles do not have to buy anyone and leave the training of young so how is it? | 12/09/2013 14:56 |

I just play any old players in the other roles. i use advanced formation to have 4 wingers and all the rest go on the bench. | 12/09/2013 15:10 |
