I'm not a fiscal, so I don't dole out punishments, but my opinion of your situation is that you are using a round trip transaction to subvert the 3 player loan limit, which would be a violation of game rule 9: http://en.strikermanager.com/wiki/index.php?title=NORMAS_DE_USO If any fiscal wants to clarify (or correct me), please do. round trip transactions are illegal... even though some higher "powered" managers bend the rules and do it... get away with it saying it has been 3 seasons or more, or selling to another manager, then the other manager sells to another and then back to original owner... corruption... |

Round trip yes. If you keep a player for a long time then want to sell back.... You should have a basically equal player on your squad. If i take a 14 yo... Then 3 seasons later he is 65/17...if i have 2 youth same position same average then it really doesn't make a bit of difference. Just give some heads up. My preference would be to sell the other, equal player back. And that it would be an rt transfer...and it is fairly straightforward matter to tell if it was the intention from the start. The fuzziness occurs when you have sold a great player to a pl mate or whatnot. Then 3-4 seasons later he is great AND you happen to be in the market AND that person is only one willing to sell. That's why we're judges to judge this stuff |
