Since your stadium is completed, I'd say you need better junior players to train. That will translate to more money and help you buy better senior players when you decide to move up the divisions ![]() |

I disagree. You're doing everything right- so train your coaches to 99% and start building your senior team. Perhaps invest in a few cheap (but good) schools if you are really bored- Uruguay, Croatia and Portugal are my recommendations. | 07/10/2013 21:13 |

I did look at his youth squad and there are hardly any players above 80 progression. I will not recommend training coaches with cash. You may as well just get married and settle down ![]() |

For those of us who don't use lots of GB it's the only option. As for the 80 progression, put those in the squad as you promote juniors. However. he needs a better senior squad if he wants to have a decent chance in Division 3 or higher. That's where the money should be going- a better squad will help him promote and stay there, where there is way more money to be made from matches. The priority should always be on the senior squad. |

Most experienced managers will disagree. The higher you go in division, the better the players you need to compete and the more you need to pay the players to keep them. Some managers pay more than 100m a week in expenses. 2.5 home games per week won't earn that amount for any manager in any division. Weekly expenses will eventually take up most of the money you get from the increased revenue. Selling players is what will really afford you some savings. I'm not saying you should neglect your senior squad - get enough senior players that is enough for you to achieve your aims for the season and spend the rest of the money elsewhere. And by the way, you don't need GBs to buy good youths. That's my own take. You can go with any model you like. |

in short form, what Ubuntu is saying 1-stadium 1- youth squad 2- senior squad 3- schools -The ranking of which is most important for you as a manager. *This does not include the avg of coachs.... if you are a beginner 85%+ coach. Then you upgrade and upgrade as time goes on. |
