Can you train position differently all I do is train the whole squad the same. This isn't good for goal keepers wo I am training as a striker -I think ? 13/10/2013 16:26

The entire squad receives the same training. That's why most players are trained in junior schools. 14/10/2013 03:38

Both your senior forwards are too old to be trained. Open your wallet and spend some money on decent 40+ average forwards (<23 years old)- they're unbelievably cheap these days. Back when I was in Div. 6, a 39-avg 22 year old RF cost $3m.

Don't go for cheapest- that cycle won't help you get good players. Learn to spend the cash when necessary to acquire good players.

Oh, and never promote junior players early. Temp. promote is fine, but don't think about permanently promoting your juniors until the P appears.

as far as am concerned, your junior team should be a training academy where you buy and train similiar positions. As for your seniors, it can still be an academy

I think you should train one or two positions per week to ensure rotational training. 19/10/2013 10:19
