I use 2x sprint,ball control and in depth passing & 1x crossing the ball to train lm/rm....which other position can be trained well with this.....om or im...?? | 26/11/2013 17:14 |

If you change sprint to running, you could train xIM, DFM and OM fairly effectively, although you'd want to adjust crossing the ball to fit whatever position you're looking to impact. Otherwise, just ball control and IDP will benefit xIM, DFM and OM. | 26/11/2013 17:28 |

But if I replace running with sprint....wouldn't that affect lm/rm training much....??? I can replace crossing ball with shots on goal to train om.... Also my junior coach is 90% Edited by Chapla 26-11-2013 18:48 |

Yes, replacing run with sprint would impact LM/RM - if your emphasis is on LM/RM, keep that as is; just know that there aren't many other activities that you can do that will help LM/RM AND other positions like DFM/OM/xIM. | 26/11/2013 23:47 |
