Hmm, just going through all the messages you all have sent ever since. There is some facts i want we all to hold down here (1) These league was brought up in other to make we participant one of the best in our various leagues by sharing advice, knowledge and some important informations wich can be useful and a stepping stone to our teams to meet up our targets (2) The league(HFM) is said to be a CALL BACK league i.e. This coming season will basically bin based on how to make the league "HFM" stand firm but it will start fully by upper next season (3) This voting of a thing is only meant to know everybody's thought so that we can now debate on it to choose the BEST ONE OF IT...... As have said earlier run have gone through it on and on, but what i will only advise us on is just that WE SHOULD TRY TO VOTE FOR THE BEST ONE, i cant imagine a fellow manager chose THAT SHOULDN'T BOTHER THE LEAGUE please there is every chance for you to private mail any of this five managers (rccg, sturgart, emeliefc, rysal, vicflo) if you don't seems to undastand what the vote is all about, and moreover the full explanation has been done by sturgart (check page 1). I saw a text from HALIMARH insulating zero effort do extend the longevity of the injury length, with strong mind am sayin thats the biggest lie have Ever heard of unless if your opponent plays with high effort. @halimarh, you also said people will only do want favours themselves thinking it will favour other", i must just say if we all decide to be using ZERO EFFORT we will all be strong and fit to face/meet out strong opponent in our league matches(check page 1) sturgart has said it all... @ might01 we cant just instruct we/you all to be using ZERO EFFORT without robbing minds together, it will be somehow informal... I think this is the best way we all can express our minds... But with the vote rate i totally agree some of Us don't really know what its meant for but i believe we have explained it all before asking you to vote... Thanks @rccg,you've said well.we want it to be played with zero effort so that we can be strong in our league games.@halimarh you will be looking for a promotion next season and playing this pl(hfm)with high or any effort help you?that's what we should put in consideration.I will be promoted next season(by HIS grace)and i don't know which div4 group i might indulge in(tough or easy).playing pl with zero effort will help me very much even though i might be put in a tough group.BELIEVE ME. Actually you have just raised a gud point but i think non of us can leave any of our accounts without visiting it unless if u are been forced out due to megabyte stuffs and all that, and moreover we are only trying to make your team strong and fit week in week out all through... I speak in all read my lines very well,no adv.for using effort 7/7 or 5/7days because you loss stamina without regain it back until you rest your squad! halimarh said: i think dis first vote is useless. Many manager of HFM already vote b4 they could think, nd sturgart only speak of advantages of zero effort only nd neva mention anything about other. Nw most manager will vote 4 zero effort basically on what he said which is unfair to d game |
