U-Play Premier League (1st edition) This is a brand new competition for managers with ambition drive, and fantastic tactical nous.The registration fee is 1 million dollars with 4 winners. This is a 10 team competition with a cup-playoff at the end of the season which will end early,4 teams will participate in this competition,which are the top four teams at the end of the competition.So you can have two possible different winners, Regular Season Champ, and the U-Play Cup Champions(*UCC*). This is an elite competition for managers with the financial backing to pay the fee and cope with the competitive edge,and be secure in their tactics.Anyone may apply, but your team will have to be competitive and deep,meaning you will have to have a second squad on your roster. I will look for active forums, and will create a League Blog that can be updated by any member, it will belong to nobody. All you will have to add is *Update* and you can publish anything you want which should follow along the guidelines of: Team news, Aspirations,How the league is shaping up,or just general content but related to the league.This blog will belong to no one. A separate topic will be SM News* which will be anything you wish to talk about within the SM world. There will also be a transfer board,but this will serve as a double thread because you can also list your recent transfer capture,and of course advertise your players for sale.This thread will be "Open Source" so any team in the UK server may post here. And there can be any other "specialty" topic of your choosing So the set-up will look like... League. 1.(Your Team) F.C. 2. 3. 4. +~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~(Top four will enter the UCC, *see above*) 5. 6 8 9 10. Post season cup format: #1 vs. #3 [QUARTERFINALS] #2 vs. #4 [FINALS]: Your team F.C. [vs.] Your Team F.C. (#s 1-4) The forum board will look something like this: U-Play Blog SM News* U-Play Transfer Buzz (any other Specialty topic) +~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~ Tactics Café: (OPEN FOR DEBATE) UPL Past Champions: (OPEN FOR DEBATE) The aim is for this to be an elite league with healthy forum chatter,and fantastic competition.There may be a competition of sorts for the bottom four teams but that can be discussed or put off for next season.If you have the money ($1 million dollars, euros,Sterling etc.)your application will be accepted and reviewed.I'm looking at a first come first serve basis,but I recommend teams apply with strong teams at least 65-70 avg avg, with a second team on tap. This is a "sponsored league"... meaning that the top team will get a higher earning than the last three,but all will enter the league cup. U-play will be the default sponsor for this first season but next season it will be some other fictitious company,probably within the U-play server  The true Title of the competition is STRIKER Premier League so we can play along with this as we continue  If you have read this far, Congratulations!
