Currently when a team plays a game the starting 11 will have 100-105% motivation and all subs 80-85%. I suggest that subs that stay on bench and do not enter the game should have 80-85% however those other players that get substituted and enter the game should have 85-90% or 90-95% motivation. That would probably make more managers use their subs instead of playing all of the match with same players (more realistic) I also suggest same thing for the experience, substituted players that do not stay on bench should get experience even if they play 1/4 of the match ( of course not the same experience as starting 11) (I'm not sure if this already happens i never checked it) |
