Personally I won't be participating in the loan idea. I have developed a specific training program that I will not deviate from. This is partly because of the way I want to train my team but it is also designed to help my players keep their stamina high. Players recover faster when they are training so for me it would harm my team to focus on any one position because of an obligation to change my training schedule because of a loan with another person. | 25/02/2015 09:06 |

There are some things that are most important in SM (1) Good Formation nd Tactics: if u have a good players without a good 4mation small team with better 4mation will beat u. (2)Good striker: u may have a low AV of GK DEFENDERS MID FIELDERS if u have a good STRIKER is ok. BUt if u are capable of making ur all squad good that with a better 4mation that is best.
