Loaning out this RIM to a div4 or 5 team next season http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=16347532 Currently at 80 avg Player needs to be trained at least twice a week and probably one of my junior OMs after promotion. |

I really wouldn't bother with him @yoyoyo He has posted that he will train a LDF 7/7, a forward 7/7 and now wants a mid to train up? ***ALARM BELLS RINGING*** |

Ricdan dont get me wrong, training forward will also have the advantage of training Mids. So what you're saying isn't right atall.  |

You can not train effectivly xIMs and forwards and where does the LDF come in in the whole story.....beats me? Yeah, red flag here. |

Gudugudu I'd say focus on one position. These posts will be on record. So if you're making a promise of training different positions 7/7, managers won't trust you with loans after a season or two. Decide on what position you want to train and stick to it. | 12/03/2015 16:39 |
