If you desire to improve your LF/RF/CF by at least 4 average, look no further! Having obtained sound understanding of training tricks through advice & intensive study of training patterns of top managers, I would be training forwards (88 ave. minimum) all through next season with a 99% coach. I would send you a screen-shot of my training schedule if required. My primary objective for training any loaned player is to access his weak attributes relative to his position and then structure training sessions to improve those attributes while not neglecting other attributes, therefore my training schedule can be dynamic through the season but I NEVER train more than one field position in a season in other to achieve maximum results! In other words it will be forwards only next season. Here are some examples: 1. If the players are generally weak on Finishing & Dribbling: -Shots on goal x2 -Attacking headers x1 -Beating markers x2 -Dribbling x2 2. If the weakness is in Strength, Technique & Speed: -Beating markers x2 -Shots on goal x2 -Sprint x2 -Crossing the ball x1 3. To improve Aggressiveness, Leadership, Technique, Finishing, Strength & Speed: -Shots on goal x2 -Attacking headers x2 -Dribbling/Beating markers x2 (alternatively) -Penalty shots/Sprint x1 (alternatively) |
