They get a lot of XP for passing,coz they usually pass like 5-10 times per game. |

See my CF http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=19341026 24/147 passes in 14 games this season all competitions ~10 per game (plus my CF played all 90min in all games and his CF not) He get those passes in one match |
