Everyone here can help out In one way or the other (I mean the big teams )... Jose Gold messaged me about formation /tactics (though he's not specific ); the thing is, I can only tell you what to do and you'll have to go and do it by yourself. This Rf by next season will be going out for first team action. I loaned him to Jose hoping he will use and train him but he's just doing the latter.
