If you have never produced items, you'll need to unlock them with GBs. Once items are unlocked, you'll be able to request them manually whenever you want... |

Click on items, you see an unlock option that costs you 100GBs, if you don't have it, forget the unlocking part. You can produce Keychains and Flags instead, click on anyone, select the amount that you want to produce and click "Manufacture". |
